You've booked a free trial. Here's everything you might want to know about training with us, how pricing works, and what happens next.
At your trial class
Arrive about 10 minutes early. You'll meet the instructor and sign in.
Wear comfortable sportswear. We train barefoot, so no shoes needed. You won't need to bring any equipment. We'll lend you anything necessary for the class.
There's no obligation. If it's not for you, you walk away. No hard sell, no follow-up pressure.
After your trial
If you'd like to keep training, there are two ways to pay: memberships (recurring Direct Debit) or credits (pay as you go).
Memberships
The cheapest way to train regularly. Pick how often you want to train per week and what billing term suits you.
Universal memberships
The standard option for most households. Covers all programmes: Dragons, Cadets, Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Adults. Each trainee attends at their age-appropriate level.
Choose how many classes per week your household will attend, shared across all trainees.
Pricing per household
- 1 class per week: £35 per month
- 2 classes per week: £55 per month
Each additional class per week: +£20 per month.
Dragons memberships
A lower-priced option for households where every trainee is in the Dragons 4-7 programme. If you have any non-Dragons trainees, you'll need a Universal membership instead.
Pricing per household
- 1 Dragons class per week: £30 per month
- 2 Dragons classes per week: £50 per month
Each additional class per week: +£20 per month.
Longer terms, lower prices
- Pay quarterly: 5% off
- Pay six-monthly: 10% off
- Pay annually: 15% off
You can cancel any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current paid period, then it ends automatically.
Credits
If you'd rather not commit to a recurring payment, buy credits in packs. One credit covers one class for one trainee. Credits never expire while your account is active.
Two types of credits:
- Universal credits work for every class we run
- Dragons credits are lower-priced and cover the Dragons class only

How household credits work
Your credits sit in one shared household pool, accessible by all your trainees.
For example: you have two kids and you buy 8 credits. Those 8 credits can be split however you want. One kid attends 5 classes in the month, the other attends 3? Done. One kid is sick for a week and the other doubles up? Also fine.
No need to assign credits per child. No “use them or lose them”. The pool just works.
Direct Debit setup window
Setting up a Direct Debit takes about a week to ten days because of UK BACS rules. Your first payment is processed around 5 working days after you authorise the mandate, and your membership activates once that payment confirms (typically 1 to 2 working days after).
During the setup window, you have two options:

Wait for activation.
Your membership starts automatically when the first payment confirms. We'll email you when it's live.
- 2
Buy credits and attend classes straight away.
One credit covers one class. Any unused credits stay on your account.
Booking? There isn't any.
We don't use a class-by-class booking system. Show up to any scheduled class that matches your programme and grade, and we check you in at the door.
Class updates
We post any cancellations, room moves, or weather-related notices in your member portal. Check there if you're ever unsure about a class.

Frequently asked questions
What is the age range?
- Dragons: 4 to 7 years
- Cadets: 7 and up
- Taekwondo: 8 and up
- Kickboxing: 8 and up
- Adults: 13 and up
What about gradings?
We hold gradings periodically. You'll be told when you're ready to grade by your instructor. Gradings have an additional fee.
Can I freeze my membership?
Not currently. We're working on adding a freeze option.
Do you offer family discounts?
Yes, built into the pricing. Memberships are priced per household, not per trainee, and the classes-per-week allowance is shared across all your trainees. A family of three attending three classes a week between them pays once for three classes, not three times. The more trainees in your household, the better the per-class value gets.
What about uniforms?
You'll need a uniform for grading and competitions. We measure you and order one at the right size. Uniforms aren't required for casual training in your first few weeks.
How do I cancel?
Through your member portal. There's a cancel button on your membership page. You'll keep access until your current paid period ends, then it ends automatically.
Are there contracts?
Monthly memberships are rolling and cancel any time. Quarterly, biannual, and annual memberships are paid upfront for the term in exchange for the discount, and you're committing to that period. After that, they renew at the same cadence unless you cancel.
